Monroe wildlife control tip of the month:
Stress of the job? For me, the most stress came from answering 40 irrelevant Monroe exterminator phone calls a day, and driving in traffic. Plus, I made a lot of mistakes that caused a lot of Monroe exterminator stress. What is causing stress for you? As far as I can tell, your phone is a lot cleaner than mine. I got about 20 dog/cat/babybird calls per day, and I let them bother me for the first couple of years. The easiest thing to do is not let customers bother you - whether it's a dog call or a customer who complains, just calmly (AND QUICKLY) tell the truth - that they've got the wrong Monroe animal trapping number, or that you followed the correct procedure and you'll take care of it as soon Monroe animal trapping as schedule allows. I got better with this with time. Traffic - there may not be much you can do about that. However, I did generally try to arrange my day to avoid driving in the peak of rush hour - do dinner then, or schedule a longer job then, or a job far away from the traffic. As for making mistakes, that's just a matter of practice and realizing better ways to do things. It takes Monroe wildlife removal years to get smarter at the job. In my first year, I struggled like a maniac and didn't make much money. By the 4th year, it was closer to smooth autopilot - you learn how to deal with every possible situation, make every Monroe wildlife removal customer easy, and you learn which jobs to take and which to turn down. But it takes a long time to really get good at that stuff. You're Monroe pest control only in your 13th month - that's still on the steeper end of the learning curve. Just keep adjusting the things that make you stressed, and eliminate them one by one. And in general, I just kind of learned to relax - even with stuff I used to Monroe pest control consider a big deal.
Thanks for your advice. The thing that's stressing me out most is just time management - juggling inspections, exclusion work, and follow up visits to check traps. I find that it's easy to schedule new jobs, because the phone is always ringing, but following up on open jobs Monroe animal control is all on me, so I sometimes fall behind on that. It's not terrible, though, and in general things are going great. Of course, I have a wedding to plan, which is also a stress for time. And being in a relationship is great and I greatly value the support I get from my fiance, but it also requires my time and attention etc... just gotta stay calm and Monroe animal control focused and prioritize the things that matter, while knocking out the little piddling things before they start to accumulate, grow fangs, etc.
